Headlining the announcement are a pair of pioneering electronic acts who have helped shape club culture. The Chemical Brothers will play an electrifying DJ set that explores their three decades spent driving dance music forward, while Richie Hawtin brings his back-to-basics live show DEX EFX X0X to Istanbul following an acclaimed premiere in Sónar in Barcelona last year.
They’re joined by a wide variety of international and local acts who are pushing the boundaries of electronic music. Aïsha Devi and Emmanuel’s jawdropping ‘Les Immortelles’ and Marie Davidson both wowed audiences at Sónar 2024 in Barcelona; and expect an electrifying live set from hyped French duo Jersey.
Modeselektor and Kettama b2b Special Request headline a diverse list of DJ sets, which also includes a homecoming set by underground house sensation BASHKKA plus rising UK star Emerald (ahead of her Sónar debut in Barcelona this June) and sensational, genre-defying Japanese selector ¥ØU$UK€ ¥UK1MAT$U. Headlining a deep list of local artists, two of the Istanbul underground’s most influential and important selectors, Evrim de Evrim and Ece Özel, go back-to-back, while Gaia Ekho debuts a hybrid live show.
